jojo todynho appeared on her social networks this Wednesday, 9, to update her followers on her health status. That’s because the singer underwent bariatric surgery last Tuesday, the 8th, at the hospital located in the west zone of Rio de Janeiro.
In stories, Jojo was lying in bed in the hospital room and revealed that she felt a lot of pain after the surgical procedure, but she already left the CTI and explained why she changed her mind after giving up operating in April of that year.
“Good afternoon, I showed up. I’m fine. Yesterday, after the surgery, I felt a lot of pain, and I left the CTI this morning. It’s what time now (11:25 am). I came to the room, but I’m fine”, warned her.
“To make something very clear here, I didn’t say I wasn’t going to have the bariatric procedure for fear of being cancelled, no. It’s a delicate surgery and I don’t have to answer if I’m going to have it or not. Decisions in my life are made by me and not the internet”, he spoke.
“When I get back home I’m going to tell you all about how this process was and why I decided to do it. I have a wonderful team that takes care of me”, stated.
Jojo revealed that he told on social networks that he had given up on the procedure due to the harassment he suffered from Internet users:“Every day it was a disturbance, ‘when are you going to do it, with which doctor?'”.
“I said I had given up, but I continued with the process, follow-up with a psychologist, the exams, of which there are many. And everything went well, I’ll tell you later”said.
In the feed, Jojo shared a photo with surgical clothes and wrote: “Always looking for the best for me”.
