Men from different parts of Ukraine tried to illegally cross the state border into Romania.
In the past day, 16 men of military age tried to enter Romania illegally. This was announced on August 9 by the State Border Service.
It was noted that the deviators were detained by border guards of the Mukachevo detachment.
“Most of the violators were stopped by the servicemen of the Bogdan department. The border guards of this unit stopped three attempts to cross the border, as a result of which they detained three residents of Kharkiv, four residents of Kiev and two residents of the Dnipropetrovsk region,” the department specified.
Two Transcarpathians were detained by the servicemen of the Solotvyno department. Another four border violators were detained by servicemen of Dyakovo department (two from Dnepropetrovsk region, one from Poltava region, and another from Kirovohrad region).
In addition, the attacker, who came from Odessa to Transcarpathia to violate the border, was discovered and detained by the border guards of the Yablonovka department.
“According to all the detainees, protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up… The cases were sent to court,” added the GNSU.
It was previously reported that border guards detained two men who tried to enter Moldova illegally by swimming across the Dniester on an air mattress.
