Prince William’s annual salary is named

William was named Duke of Cornwall – a title previously held by his father – in September 2022, when Charles III took the throne as king.

The British Royal Family released its annual financial statement. According to them, the 41-year-old William this year received a private income from the Duchy of Cornwall of almost six million pounds (about 270 million Hryvnias). The Daily Mail writes about it.

It is understood that the Prince of Wales inherited the Duchy’s land holdings after the death of his grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, and the accession of his father, King Charles III, and is now entitled to earn from here every year.

In 2022-23, the Duchy made a record income of £24.048m, up £1.02m from £23.024m the previous year.

“King Charles III, as the former Prince of Wales, was previously entitled to £11.275m of the surplus, and William, who spent around six months of the last financial year as the Duke of Cornwall and Prince of Wales, at £12.773m,” Kensington Palace said.

It was previously reported that Prince William visited a British nightclub on Friday.

A new portrait of Prince William with children has been published
