The first lady of Ukraine, Elena Zelenskaya, told President Vladimir Zelensky what profession her 18-year-old daughter Alexandra chose. He gave a candid interview to RBC-Ukraine.
So, it became known that the girl was receiving higher education in her native country. He chose to major in law.
“To be honest, we have been talking about choosing a future specialty for probably five years, constantly returning to this topic. There were different options from her, some proposals from us, we discussed all this, and we have such long there were discussions . Actually, when it came time to choose, of course, we offered him something, he rejected something, but he agreed. We offered him one of our options. But he submitted documents to several specialties, then I have to pick one of them and choose the legal one,” said the first lady.
He added that the daughter did it herself, the parents don’t think about it.
“My choice seems good, because I look at him – he likes it, and he “goes in”, as they say. It goes slowly, without tension, he succeeds. Therefore, I hope that he will continue this journey. “We didn’t pressure him. Because I remember how I had almost no choice when entering a university. And we want him to still have the opportunity to spread his wings and make his own choices,” added Zelenskaya.
