In 2022, after the start of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the author repeatedly expressed his support for Ukraine.

The legendary American writer Stephen King expressed his opinion on the military coup led by Yevgeny Prigozhin, which began in Russia on June 24. About this he wrote on Twitter.

According to the “king of horrors”, Russian President Vladimir Putin himself is to blame for the military coup. Also, the celebrity once again showed support for the Ukrainian people.

“Putin sowed the wind. Now he must reap the whirlwind. Glory to Ukraine,” he wrote.

It should be noted that the founder of Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has had an open conflict with Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu in recent months. On Saturday, June 24, he announced that he was “going to Moscow” after, according to him, Russian troops hit his mercenary camp in the rear.

After this, the Wagnerites went to Moscow. But Prigozhin, who did not reach the capital of the Russian Federation by 200 km, turned his columns and returned to the field camps.

Earlier it was reported that the owner of Wagner PMC, Yevgeny Prigozhin, accused the Russian Defense Ministry of a missile attack on Wagner PMC camps.
