Weekends in June 2023: how long will Ukrainians rest

There are 30 calendar days in June, of which this year eight are weekends and 22 are work days.

Summer is about to start, where we all traditionally want to relax.

However, from May 19, 2023, introduced Law No. 3057 in Ukraine, which extended martial law and general mobilization in Ukraine until August 18, 2023. During this period, the law of Ukraine “On the organization of labor relations under martial law” does not provide for additional days of break in June 2023.

Therefore, in June of this year, Ukrainians will rest: 3-4, 10-11, 17-18, 24-25.

• June 11 – Day of workers in light industry;

• June 12 – Labor Day in the Stock Market;

• June 14 – World Donor Day;

• June 17 – World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought;

• June 18 – Day of the medical worker, Day of the district police inspector;

• June 19 – Farmer’s Day;

• June 20 – World Refugee Day;

• June 22 – Day of Mourning and Remembrance of War Victims in Ukraine;
