The money received from the sale of this number will be transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to the territorial defense of Odessa.
The scandalous French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo has released a “Ukrainian” issue on the works of Ukrainian cartoonists. Report by Figaro.
The May 25 issue, titled Respond to the Rockets with Laughter, contained approximately two dozen works by Ukrainian cartoonists.
The idea is being debated as a solidarity with Ukrainian colleagues, who “continue to do their job,” despite the Russian aggression.
“Ukraine’s cartoons are clearly ruthless towards Russians, showing humor that doesn’t want to give up in the face of arbitrariness and fear,” Charlie Hebdo said.
It was noted that most of the posted cartoons were taken from the Russian warship exhibition, go f*ck, held in Odessa by the local association of cartoonists.
