The star gave an interview where she talked about misogyny in the music industry and her marriage to Taika Waititi.
British singer Rita Ora graces the cover of the May issue of women’s magazine Glamour.
Ora declared a “free-spirited” approach to life.
“I look at women differently. I’ve had it all my career. People judging what I’m wearing, saying, ‘Is she too naked?’ Or, ‘Can he say those things?’ I think those things are misogynistic,” said the hero.
She also admitted that she sought advice from Hollywood celebrity J. Lo, who told her to keep going and “ignore the noise.”
Ora revealed that she and Waititi planned their wedding in just two days.
“It’s never boring. We vibrate with each other. I would say how we got along so well in the beginning before we decided to break things up and start dating. We were friends for a long time. But after five years of friendship, we said: “We think we’re ready to take it to the next level. “But we were such good friends, we were afraid that we would destroy what we had. But it was great,” the singer added.
