Participants from 37 countries traditionally walked the turquoise path, showed off their clothes, and also talked with the hosts Timur Miroshnichenko and Sam Quack.
The group TVORCHI, representing Ukraine this year at the song contest, appeared in public in black and red suits with inscriptions-names of children born prematurely during a massive war on the territory of our country .
“The names of children born during the war and who could have died are written on the costume. They survived because we bought intensive care incubators. We are raising funds to save their lives and hearts,” the musicians said.
Timur Miroshnichenko also asked the artists if they would be angry if they didn’t win Eurovision 2023. To which they answered that the most important thing for them was Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia. However, TVORCHI promised to perform well in the competition to remember the Ukrainians.
It was previously reported that almost three million hryvnias will be needed to prepare the performance and the appearance of the Ukrainian group in Liverpool for Eurovision 2023.
