almond cream

Ingredients

  • 700 ml skimmed milk
  • 75 g of crushed almonds
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 2 tablespoons almond liqueur

Method of preparation

In a pan, place the milk and crushed almonds and lead to medium heat until it boils. Meanwhile, in another container, place the yolks, coconut sugar and corn starch and beat until you get a smooth cream. Add the mixture to the milk and stir until thickened. Finally, add the almond liqueur and stir to combine with the other ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Distribute the cream in bowls, wait to cool and take to the fridge for 1 hour. Serve immediately.

Tip: serve garnished with crushed almonds.

  • 30 g of honey
  • 100 g of natural yogurt tasteless
  • 100 g of almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon chemical baking powder
  • Coconut oil for greasing

  • 60 g of peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 120 g of chopped almonds

Method of preparation
