Detox menu for Tuesday
Breakfast
- 200 ml skimmed milk
- 1 dessert spoon of diet chocolate
- 1 slice of papaya
Morning snack
- 200 ml of juice of passion fruit
Lunch
- Cornmeal soup with cabbage and meat
- 1 small pot of diet grape gelatin
Afternoon snack

Supper
Pea soup
Ingredients
- 1 cup of pea tea
- water for cooking
- 1 chopped onion
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Method of preparation
In a pressure cooker, put the oil and sauté the onion. Add the peas and sauté for another 2 minutes. Cover with water, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes. Turn off the fire, wait for the pressure to come out and open the pan. Beat the pea with the broth in the blender until you get a homogeneous mixture. Return the soup to the pot to heat through. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
Tip: garnish with rosemary.
