The star is currently in Atlanta making Back in Action with actress Cameron Diaz.
The family has already flown to him, and daughter Corinne released a short statement in which she asked for prayers for her father.
What exactly happened to the artist is not specified. However, a representative of the actor later said that he is on the mend.
