Ukrainian singer Max Barskikh surprised fans with an unexpected statement about the rejection of his stage name. The star announced it at the MusicCon conference as part of the Billboard Music Awards-2022 in Las Vegas, USA. The video appeared on the award’s YouTube channel.
According to the performer, he wants to build a career under his real name (the artist’s name is Nikolai Bortnik).
“I’m thinking about it. Max Barskikh is my stage name. My real name is Mykola. I’ll probably do it over time,” the singer said.
