According to nutrologist Alice Amaral, some foods should definitely be excluded from the diet. “Canned, processed, sugars, soft drinks and foods rich in sodium and enhancers”, he recommends. She also suggests switching to more natural, organic foods seasoned with herbs. “In the case of alcoholic beverages, a glass of good quality dry red wine is allowed”, he points out.

To keep the abdomen and health up to date, it is necessary to pay attention to the food you are eating. “The most common food error is to think that you are eating well and, in fact, that food product does not contain necessary and important nutrients for your health.the body”, warns nutritionist Regina Moraes Teixeira.
