There is no specific time to practice the exercise nor a certain age to start doing it. Rodrigo Buzatto says that the development of certain exercises depends on the physical and motor capacity of each practitioner. “Some people lack the necessary body awareness to perform some more complex movements. In these cases, the follow-up of a professional is essential ”, he emphasizes.

Physical preparation

The personal trainer warns that, before practicing any physical activity, it is important not to be fasting and to warm up the muscles well. Furthermore, it is necessary perform a stretch after training.
