5 tea recipes to improve health in autumn

Teas are popular beverages around the world, with a variety of flavors and health benefits. In addition to being a natural option to warm the body, some types of teas can also help improve the symptoms of some health conditions. Check out some recipes!

1. Invigorating tea

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cut into cubes
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • 1 mint leaf

Method of preparation

In a bowl of water, place the apples and boil for a few minutes. Coe, put the mint and take it to the fridge before drinking.

2. Detox tea

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of ginger root
  • 1/2 l of water
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 4 cloves
  • 1/4 of 1 lemon
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method of preparation

In a container with water, put the lemon and add the other ingredients. Boil the mixture for a few minutes, wait for it to cool and refrigerate until it’s time to drink.

3. Tea to strengthen the body

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 liters of water
  • 3 chopped kiwis
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • cinnamon to taste

Method of preparation

In a kettle, boil the water for 15 minutes, the kiwis, the orange juice and the cinnamon. Strain and serve hot or iced.

4. Tea to lower cholesterol

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of sheets chopped soursop
  • 1 liter of water

Method of preparation

Place the soursop leaves in a pan and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate the tea before drinking.

5. Tea to help prevent diabetes

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • lemon drops to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan with water, put the parsley and let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove the parsley and add the lemon drops. Refrigerate before serving.
