  • 2 tablespoons of xylitol
  • 1/2 tea cup of honey
  • 1 teacup of rice flakes
  • 1/2 cup of tea rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup seedless black raisins
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil for greasing

Method of preparation

In a pan, place the rice flakes, oat flakes, xylitol, honey, raisins and mix well. Take to medium fire, non stop stirring, until you get a homogeneous mass. Unite a smooth surface with coconut oil and pour the dough over it. With the dough still hot, cut into rectangles with a thickness of 3 fingers. Wait until they cool down, arrange the bars over a container and take them to the fridge for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 300 g peeled and cooked cassava
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of almond flour
  • 300 g of chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed flour
  • Salt, olive oil and ground black pepper to taste
  • Almond flour for flouring
  • olive oil for greasing

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion, garlic and brown. Add the shredded chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. In a container, place the cassava, season with salt and mash with a fork. Add 2 eggs, almond flour and mix well. Sprinkle your hands with almond flour, take some dough and open it in the palm of your hands. Stuff with the chicken and make balls. Repeat the process with all the dough and set aside.

In a container, place the rest of the egg and, in another, have the flaxseed flour. Dip the balls in the egg and flour. Unite a roast with olive oil and have the polka dots on it. Take to preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

Apple and banana pie

Ingredients

  • 3 apples, seeded and chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder
  • 1/5 cup of oat bran tea
  • Coconut oil for greasing
  • Oat flour for flouring

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the apples, the banana, salt, eggs, powdered milk and beat until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Add the oat bran, the chemical baking soda and beat again to incorporate the other ingredients. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil and flour it with oatmeal. Dispose of the dough over it and take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, wait to cool, unmold, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve next.

Pumpkin Cocoa Muffins

Ingredients

  • 150 g cooked and mashed pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of xylitol
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 coffee spoon of chemical baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon powdered milk

Method of preparation

In a container, place the pumpkin, egg, cocoa, almond flour, salt, oat flour, xylitol and mix until obtaining a homogeneous consistency. Lastly, add the chemical baking soda and stir to incorporate it into the other ingredients. Distribute the dough into muffin tins and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and serve immediately.

cauliflower rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • Salt, ground black pepper and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation

Wash the cauliflower under running water and separate the florets. Place them in a blender and blend until they are finely chopped. Reserve. In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion, garlic and brown. join to cauliflower, season with salt, black pepper, parsley, saffron and mix well. Cover with water and cook over low heat until soft. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
