The presenter did not keep secrets about a recent plastic surgery, sex life with the arrival of 60 years
In an interview for Boa Forma magazine, Xuxa Meneghel spoke about body changes with the arrival of 60 years, which completes on the 27th, the eternal Queen of the Little People opened her heart and spoke about how it feels to be called “old” in a pejorative way.
“I know I’ve aged. I work on my image and I look in the mirror every day, you don’t have to say that. […] But there are things that bother me, yes, for example, talking about my age or pointing out the wrinkles I have, because I know very well!”, he spoke.
“Or when they say I’m bald. My mother started balding, so I knew I was going to lose my hair and many years ago I cut it short. […] I already assumed that, it’s genetic. It’s your problem that you don’t accept it!”, completed.
“There have always been people who think they have the right to point out something about my appearance. They don’t need to say that I’m old because I see the collagen going away, I see the changes in my body.”, he said.
“It sounds like they want to attack me in some way. We say ‘that old man’ in a pejorative way, don’t we? Like ‘he’s good for nothing’. I’m old, yes, but I’m not ‘that old woman’ because I still I do a lot of things! No wonder so many projects have come up for me”, revealed the blonde.
Xuxa also talked about feeling more mature today and that when she was younger, she didn’t know how to enjoy the good things in life, in addition to accepting things that she wouldn’t do today.
“What’s the use of wearing a size 34, being a little doll, and naive and immature in your 20s. That head that so many people took advantage of, suffocated me, diminished me. That girl who believed in everything and everyone.”, remembered.
“How many things were not said by my side and I did not raise my voice? I did not express indignation, anger, whether in politics, with racist jokes, or against animals. I had no maturity and no experience. But now with that 60-year-old body, I don’t accept it, I answer, I really fight”, reflected.
The presenter spoke about her relationship with Junno Andradewith whom he has been in a relationship since 2012: “I lived wonderful things, no doubt. But I didn’t have the maturity to enjoy it. I met Junno, his current partner, at 25 years old and we met again at 50 years old and we live a wonderful love. I want to say how much I love him, of kiss on the mouth every day. Give value, you know?”.
She even said that she doesn’t do botox to reduce expression lines and talked about a procedure she recently did.
“The only place where the less invasive treatments didn’t give the result I wanted was the belly. So I had lipo recently on the spot. But it didn’t turn out the way I wanted. One day, maybe, if I still have the courage, I would like to have a more defined belly”, detailed.
Since 2018, Xuxa has become a vegan and has stated that several areas of her life have improved, including sex: “There was another interview I gave that only came out like that, but come on: sex life has also improved a lot”.
“As Ju became vegan at the same time as me, we felt together that the thing was yielding for much longer (laughs). I think in the documentary of Gladiator’s Diet cite a study they conducted with young people who ate a vegan diet for a period and another group ate meat and animal derivatives.”, commented.
“Vegans had more than twice as many erections per night. I thought it was funny that teenagers said that when they date they will stop eating meat. After three months we would look at each other and say ‘Woo! Shall we go again?'”, he spoke.
