Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano dehydrated
  • 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of gersal (mixture of toasted whole sesame and sea salt)

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley and gersal and beat until you incorporate all the ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a container and use it to season your recipes.

grilled eggplant

Ingredients

  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • green salt to taste

Method of preparation

Wash the eggplant under running water and cut into slices. Place the eggplant in a container and season with the green salt. Reserve. In a skillet, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the garlic and brown. Add the eggplant slices and grill on both sides. Sprinkle with oregano and cilantro. Serve immediately.

Oatmeal chicken burger

Ingredients

  • 350 g of chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons oat flour
  • Chives, sweet paprika and green salt to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing and grilling

Method of preparation

In a blender, place the chicken, onion, garlic, chives and blend until smooth. Transfer to a container, add the oat flour, sweet paprika, green salt and mix well. After, join your hands with olive oil and shape the burgers in the size you prefer. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

In a skillet, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Remove the hamburgers from the refrigerator and, little by little, put it in the pan. Fry until golden on both sides. Repeat the process with all the burgers and then serve.

Carrot cream

Ingredients

  • 10 carrots, peeled and cut into rounds
  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into rounds
  • 2 peeled and chopped onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • water for cooking
  • green salt to taste

Method of preparation

In two different pans, place the carrots and potatoes, cover with water and cook over medium heat until tender. After, turn off the fire, drain the water, transfer the vegetables to a blender and beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Add the olive oil, thyme and beat again to incorporate. Season with green salt and serve immediately.
