Method of preparation
In a blender, place the rosemary, basil, oregano, parsley and gersal and beat until you incorporate all the ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a container and use it to season your recipes.
grilled eggplant
Ingredients
- 1 eggplant
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
