Hardkiss frontwoman Yulia Sanina has told how she became one of the hosts of the Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Liverpool this year. He announced this on the air of the 1 + 1 Ukraine channel.
“It was a long month of castings. First on the Internet, then I had to fly to London for the television audition. It was a long process that I couldn’t tell anyone, because it was a secret. Only my family knows. Even if the boys from the group don’t know,” he said.
At the same time, he added that other show business stars of Ukraine have also cast, but he does not have the right to name their names.
The fact that the organizers approved it, the celebrity admitted that he learned recently.
“The reaction was dumb. It was a joy, but also a big responsibility. The British are trying hard to show Ukraine as much as possible, so that it is the Ukrainian Eurovision with the British,” summed up Yulia Sanina.
It was previously reported that internally displaced people from Ukraine will be able to visit Eurovision for free.
