Ukrainian singer Anastasia Prudius, better known under the pseudonym KOLA, admitted that she wants to represent our country at Eurovision, but due to the current rules, she cannot take part in the National Selection.
The performer said that he was thinking about participating in the National Selection, but he was not allowed there, because in 2016 he performed on the stage of the New Wave competition, which was held in Sochi.
“I was thinking about taking part in the National Selection, but they won’t let me in, because in 2016 I represented Ukraine on the New Wave. But today we all reset to zero, we all help, I hope that someday the rules will change, and I will be able to go to the national selection for Eurovision. Then I go to represent my country and I am sure that everything will be fine, that Crimea will be ours, that all the horrors will stop. Now I understand that I thought a lot about those animals,” said the singer in an interview with Channel 24.
At the same time, KOLA added that in the National Selection for Eurovision 2023 he supported Jerry Heil, but he also liked the performance of TVORCHI, who will represent Ukraine in the international competition.
According to him, the team will show our country from a completely different side.
