Potato rustic with spicy sauce

Ingredients

Potatoes

  • 1/2 kg of potatoes peeled, boiled and cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 chili pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tea cup of water
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation

Potato

In a baking dish, place the potatoes, salt, parsley, rosemary, paprika and olive oil. Mix well and bake in a preheated oven at 200º C, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden. Turn off the oven and book.

Sauce

In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and brown. join the tomatoes, carrots, thyme, red pepper, vinegar, salt, parsley and water and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Turn off the fire, wait to cool down and serve with the potatoes.

Seasoned quail egg

Ingredients

  • 20 boiled and peeled quail eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • Salt, ground black pepper and olive oil to taste

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the olive oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Add the onion and garlic and brown. join the eggs and sauté for 3 minutes, stirring carefully so as not to break up. Turn off the heat, season with salt, black pepper and oregano. Water with olive oil and serve next.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cornmeal tea
  • 3 tea cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 teacup of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • Oil for frying and greasing

Method of preparation

In a pan, put the cornmeal and half the water. Mix well, add the rest of the water and the chicken stock and bring to a boil over medium heat. Afterwards, add the grated cheese and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Turn off the heat, transfer the polenta to an oiled baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

In a skillet, put the oil and lead to medium fire to warm up. Meanwhile, remove the Cooked Corn Meal from the fridge and cut into strips. With the help of a slotted spoon, fry the polenta and place it on a container with a paper towel. Serve immediately.

Cheese Biscuit with Sesame

Ingredients

  • 1/3 of a tea cup of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame
  • 1 teaspoon chemical baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • Salt and oil to taste
  • 1 egg yolk for brushing

Method of preparation

In a container, place the butter, the egg, the sugar, the grated cheese, the vinegar, the sesame seeds and the salt and mix well. Gradually add the wheat flour and stir until you get a homogeneous consistency. Lastly, put the chemical baking soda and mix to embed with the other ingredients.

Unite a roast with olive oil and book. Then, with the help of a spoon, take a little pasta and shape into the desired shape. Arrange the cookies on the baking sheet, brush with the egg yolk and oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC until golden. Serve immediately.
