caprese sandwich

Ingredients

  • 80 g buffalo mozzarella, cut into slices
  • 1/2 tomato
  • Salt, olive oil and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 wholemeal bread with sesame, cut in half
  • basil and arugula August

Method of preparation

Distribute the arugula and basil on a slice of bread. Then alternate slices of mozzarella and tomato. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Close with the other slice of bread and serve.

seasoned nut mix

Ingredients

  • 100 g of walnuts
  • 100 g of Brazil nut
  • 100 g of almonds
  • 100 g of macadamia
  • 100 g raw cashew nuts
  • 50 g sunflower seed
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric
  • 4 tablespoons rosemary leaves
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

Method of preparation

In one shape, place the nuts, chestnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds and mix. add coconut oil and mix again. Add the seasonings and mix. Take to preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and store in a container with a lid.

manioc flour biscuit

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of tea sprinkle sour
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot water tea
  • 1 egg
  • salt to taste
  • olive oil for greasing

Method of preparation

Method of preparation

Drain the chickpeas and place in a non-stick pan. Then drizzle with olive oil and season with cumin, paprika, salt and black pepper. Mix well and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with lemon zest. Allow to cool and store in a container with a lid.
