“We need to normalize female desires”

The singer linden prepares to release his newest single Gossip in partnership with GB. The track premieres this Friday, the 27th, on all digital platforms.

The song has a composition that usually gives something to talk about. In this single, Tília tells a fun story with very spicy lyrics, which also portrays female freedom.

According to the singer, although she feels open to bringing bolder lyrics to her work, she ends up having a certain apprehension of the types of comments she receives.

“This fear always exists because we live in a very sexist society, where women are judged all the time”, said.

However, the singer declares that it is precisely because she knows that these judgments exist, that she continues to carry out her work and increasingly inspire the female audience.

“I never stop making, singing and releasing songs that talk about women’s desires, that put them in this liberated position, we need to normalize female desires, whether with a double meaning or something more explicit”, stated.

Tília points out that, just like men, women can and should talk about any subject, including those that have always been considered taboo.

“I always want to use my art, visibility and space to go against sexism, empower women and join so many other artists to transform this and all sexist perceptions of the music industry”he declared.
