Sports at work. organized or not, how to get started?

The National Academy of Medicine in its report “Physical and Sports Activity in the Workplace: An Opportunity to Improve Employee Health” makes clear the consequences of a sedentary lifestyle in the workplace. This is responsible for increased risk of musculoskeletal disorders, low back pain, coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, breast and colorectal cancer and even early mortality, with around 10% of deaths linked to physical inactivity in 40-69 year olds. : The results are not favorable for the employer either. a sedentary lifestyle reduces productivity, increases absenteeism and the risk of burnout.
