The Princess of Wales posted a video on her social network in which she decorates the tree in Westminster Abbey. A little teaser ahead of the “Together At Christmas” concert he’s hosting this Thursday, December 15th.
Kate Middleton is getting into the New Year’s mood. The Princess of Wales decided to show her creative side in a short video published on her social networks yesterday, December 14, by decorating the tree in Westminster Abbey. In the spirit of the holiday theme, she wears a cream Fair Isle turtleneck winter sweater paired with black pants. We see her attaching balls to fir branches while Christmas music brightens this scene.
The video is titled: Because Kate Middleton is hosting a carol concert inside the Abbey this Thursday, December 15, this year dedicated to Queen Elizabeth II. The service, called “Royal Carols. Together at Christmas’ will later be shown on UK public broadcaster ITV on 24 December.
Sponsored by the Royal Foundation, the event aims to recognize the efforts of the UK’s diverse communities, highlighting the importance of coming together to support each other. Aimed at people of all faiths as well as atheists, it will bring together Christian tradition and modernity. The concert will also bring together charities, volunteers, frontline workers and the military to “celebrate the joy that human connection can bring,” according to a press release from Buckingham Palace.
King and Queen Charles and Camilla, Prince William and other royals will join the Princess of Wales for the service, along with her parents Carole and Michael Middleton, brother James and sister Pippa.
This year’s event takes place on the same day that Netflix releases the final three episodes of its docuseries. Harry and Meghan. The Princess and the Prince of Wales have reportedly not yet seen the documentary, which features numerous attacks on the latter.
