With the rumors of cancellations of future productions like ‘Man of Steel 2’, many fans wonder if during the new management of Gunn-Safranthere would still be chances for the actor Henry Cavill return to the role, but the filmmaker has not made anything clear.
In an article published by The Hollywood Reporter, it was said that there is no plan to Peter Safran and James Gunn for the sequels to ‘Wonder Woman’ and ‘Man of Steel’.
Still in the same publication, the portal states that the directors’ intention is to start the entire universe of big screens from scratch. In this way, the participation of Cavill on ‘The Flash’ would be at risk of not airing. The modifications also affect the sequel ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’, starring Jason Momoaand other ‘Black Adam’ projects due to low box office performance.
The filmmaker said that the only DC universe that will not be changed will be the director’s ‘Batman’ Matt Reeves🇧🇷 Gunn and safran continue to develop the continuation of the film released this year, as well as other series and spin-offs for television.
