The document states that “EU accession remains Kosovo’s strategic goal” and that Kosovo is committed to implementing the necessary reforms to achieve it.

Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic said that Serbia will try to prevent these plans.

Earlier, the Serbian Ministry of Defense said that Kosovo does not guarantee the security of Serbs.
