Limited editions signed by Aurélie Bidermann, La Môme Bijou or Zenith who are committed to a good cause.
October’s highlight, the global focus on breast cancer awareness has changed a lot since its birth in 1985 after a meeting between the American Cancer Society and Imperial Chemical Industries Pharmaceuticals. Made popular in the early 1990s by magazine editor Alexandra Penny Himselfand Evelyn Lauder, Senior Vice President of the Estée Lauder Company, with a subtle touch but a strong message, the little pink ribbon was created to reach a wider audience.
This season, once again, brands are mobilizing for Pink October, changing their favorite products to bright pink.
Complete femininity
If at Aurélie Bidermann it is Katt jewelry that adapts to the game of transformation, then at La Môme Bijou it is a new handmade bracelet with an empowering message that comes to support the struggle of the Ruban Rose Association. In both cases, 10% of the profit from the sale will be donated to this great cause between October 1st and 31st only.
On the Zenith production side, it is a unique timepiece that has been launched for this momentous month. Beautifully shaped on the watch, the Chronomaster is adorned with a magnetic pink dial that will be available at Zenith boutiques for a limited time only. Here, 20% of the proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen Association. All are calibrated by the legendary El Primero movement that marked the history of world watchmaking. Nice note.
