At the age of four, the youngest of the Cambridges has just started school at a private institution in the east of England, Lambrock School.
Serious things begin again for the little Cambridges. Like many children around the world, Prince George (age 9), Princess Charlotte (age 7) and Prince Louis went back to school this Wednesday, September 7. Accompanied by their parents, Kate Middleton and Prince William, for this big day, they posed for photos at the entrance of the facility and welcomed director Jonathan Perry. Dressed in their blue checkered uniforms, the two brothers and their sister appeared smiling and relaxed as they arrived in front of Lambruk School, where many photographers were waiting for them.
And it’s clear that at four years old, Prince Louis is no longer a child and wants to make it known. Clinging to his mother’s hand, the English child did not pay attention to his father. Prince William, who was holding Charlotte’s hand, was looking for his youngest. In vain. Disregarded, the Duke of Cambridge saved face by patting the head of his son, who promptly shook it off.
Who are the young contenders for European thrones?
A brand new school
This is the first time that Kate and William’s children attend the same school. Until last June, George and his sister Charlotte attended Thomas Butters School in south-west London. While their youngest, Louis, was still in kindergarten at the Wilcox Kindergarten.
But when the family moved from Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor this summer, the Cambridges reconsidered their plan. It is now at Lambbrook School in Bracknell that the siblings will now have their lessons. Founded in 1860 and housed in a huge white stucco house surrounded by a large garden, the establishment is fifteen minutes from Kate and William’s new residence.
