Brad Pittwho filmed most of his action scenes and emphasized screenwriter Zach Olkiewicz’s importance in shaping the protagonist.

“It was very exciting, I had wonderful actors from whom I received a lesson in humility. We started preparing the production in the first months of the pandemic. get on the path,” Leitch explained, highlighting how filming ‘High-speed train’ was “one of the best” of his directorial career.

“We enjoyed every moment on set. It was one of the best experiences of my career and I have done several shoots in my life. “The script appeared just in those first five or six months of the pandemic, there was a kind of pessimistic atmosphere. We all went a little crazy and this script was a lot of fun to read. When I got to the scene where the Bad Bunny character Flashes, I laughed out loud. I remember these moments with special warmth,” the director explained.

‘High Speed Train’, funny movie

A film that brings together a series of killers on a train journey and can serve as a metaphor that goes beyond the film’s action and humor. “One of the funniest aspects of the script is that it’s about destiny, an unconventional subject for such a commercial bet, and that’s what caught David’s attention. [Leitch] and me Each of the characters has its own mission, each has its own history and past. There are four different routes and that’s the part of the destination where you don’t know why you’re actually in a certain place,” said Kelly McCormick, producer of the film.

Other assassins included the so-called twins Mandarin and Lemon, the pseudonyms of two adopted brothers played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Brian Tyree Henry. “We created roles together. Tangerine couldn’t work without Lemon, and vice versa. They are opposite and complementary and I am very lucky to be Brian’s doppelgänger. It was great because it was a collaborative collaboration,” Taylor explained. Johnson. “We had instant chemistry, they let us add backstory, additions… We improvised a lot,” Henry added.

Filmed between Los Angeles and Tokyo, “Bullet Train” aims to be the premiere that “becomes the big entertainment of the summer.” “It’s an experience with so much action and adrenaline that it ends up relaxing. It’s as fun as a quest room,” concluded Leitch.
