After several fan speculation, James Gunn finally revealed the identity of the mysterious creature of the ‘Superman’ trailer
Following the release of the latest trailer for “Superman”, the audience was intrigued by the appearance of a white creature, maintained as a prisoner by Lex Luthor (NICHOLAS HOULT), which did not have its identity revealed.
Since then, countless theories have repercussions on the internet to try to identify who the enigmatic figure would be, with fans speculating to be characters as a metamorph and the Mars hunter.
Now, in a recent interview with Fandango, the filmmaker James Gunndirector responsible for the film, explained the character’s true identity, identifying him as “Mr. Bonito.”
“Mr. Bonito is an invention of Luthor, capable of moving on a floating platform,” he explained. “It is undoubtedly the most repulsive and grotesque creature that has ever been seen.”
