Counting on BTS, as a host, the reality show ‘The Bizarra Pousada de Kian84’ is located at a tourist spot of Korea; Find out which one!
The first three episodes of “The Bizarra Pousada de Kian84”, a reality show that has the presence of JinBTS are now available on Netflix! The program follows Jinthe actress JI Ye-Eun and webtoon artist Kian84as hosts of an unconventional hostel in the middle of the ocean.
For this premise, the director Jung Hyo-Min and the writer Yoon Shin-HyeThey based on a success commanded by them: ‘Hyori’s Homestay’, one of South Korea’s most beloved celebrity hosting programs. That’s because, the creators wanted to reach the same level as the title, but with a modern version of a variety program at an inn.
For this, they had the support of Kian84Who created the whole idea of the hostel, as their sketches resulted in an eccentric, colorful, fun and creative-and, of course, totally different from other South Korean reality like this.
“We wanted to bring our imagination to life, just as we had imagined it, and we expected the scenario to be very similar to the designs of Kian84,” producer Lee So-min told The Korea Herald. “The art director, who has worked on many beautiful projects like ‘Youn’s Kitchen,’ said, ‘This is the type of house that a professional would never imagine’. The art director joyfully accepted the idea as a new and exciting challenge.”
This is because, in this hostel, those who challenge themselves to be guests face different challenges during the stay, since, although the high sea landscape is breathtaking, it is necessary to keep in mind that, to take advantage of experiences such as fishing and a private water park, a 3.8-meter wall will be climbing to check in.
On site it is still possible to find cocoon -shaped tea salons, slide exits, and even descent tubes, which are used to enter the kitchen. In addition, meals are used not with cutlery, but with their own hands.
But where is Kian84 bizarre inn?
This whole scenario emerged on Ulleungdo Island, A remote island located on the east coast of South Korea, which is a popular tourist spot, as it provides quiet landscapes that can be appreciated by walking, or in fishing activities.
The calm of the place contrasts with the energy of the Kian84 inn, which the place is full of fun and chaos – adjectives that will make even more sense with the next episodes of the show, as three episodes will be released a week over three weeks, totaling nine episodes.
