Sumy OVA organized the awarding of the military in the Sumy center on April 13.
Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin accused the head of the regional military administration of Vladimir Artiuh from an organization in the city of awarding the military of the 117th brigade. The mayor said this in the video that he posted on Facebook.
The official emphasized that only civilians were injured in the city, and not one of the military was injured, because the award was carried out in the shelter.
Earlier, Konotop Mayor Artem Semenikhin called the chairman of Sumy Ova Volodymyr Artyukh and the head of SBU Ollast Directorate Oleg Krasnoshapk to have his powers and called these two officials “accomplices of this crime of muscovites.”
Recall that on April 13, the calculations of the 112th and 448 missile brigades of the Armed Forces from the territory of the Voronsky and Kursk regions attacked the amount of two Iskander-M ballistic missiles/KN-23.
Currently, 34 were killed as a result of Russian shelling, two of whom are children. Another 117 people were injured.
