After the first legal dispute between NJZ and Ador, Hanni reaffirms his controversy accusations with Illit on social networks; look!
Last Friday, March 7, the Central District Court of Seoul hosted the first hearing of the legal dispute involving the members of the Newjeans (NJZ) and the Hybe label. The focus of the trial was the validity of the exclusive contract of artists with the company, especially after allegations of abuse and negligence, including the controversial incident involving the member Hanni and members of the Illit Group, of the same company.
During the hearing, the defense of the ador presented images of CCTV that showed three members of Illit curving in compliance with Hanni and Danielle while they passed a corridor. However, the filming did not contain audio, which made it difficult to verify the allegations of Vietnamese, who had previously stated that an Illit manager advised her to be ignored.
Amid the repercussion of the case, Hanniwhich had been one of the main voices on the charges against the label, used his official Instagram account to comment after the hearing. In a publication, the artist expressed frustration with how events were being manipulated, questioning the interpretation of the facts.
“I remember everything clearly. I was going to say something in court, but I held it. How can you get a part of a conversation and change its meaning to benefit your point of view when I was the one who wrote this message? While you introduce yourself as a company that wants the best for us. Please stop harassing adhesive and hybe,” wrote the artist.
In the later post, the singer made it clear that she would not be silent in the face of more speculation and false assumptions. “I have a lot to say, but I have held just because I don’t see the need to climb this bigger problem than it is. But if you think you have the audacity to make even more fake assumptions about us, then you already have … than I won’t be quiet,” he said.
