Remember some of the most unforgettable villains of original animal series released by Disney Channel over the years
On February 28, Disney Channel was officially closed in Brazil, marking the end of a channel that marked the childhood of a generation of Brazilians. In December 2024, the station announced the closing of its activities in the country through a statement, stating that the decision is a response to “transformations in the local media scenario.”
In addition to the children’s channel, Star Channel, FX, Nat Geo, Cinecanal and Baby TV were also discontinued, with ESPN being the only survivor of the Disney seal in Brazilian territory, due to its good audience indications with sports broadcasts.
In Brazil since the early 2000s, Disney Channel has been responsible for releasing series, movies and animations that marked the lives of thousands of children in the country, including titles such as “Hannah Montana”, “Wizards of Waverly Place”, “Camp Rock”, “Phineas and Ferb”, “High School Musical”, “Gravity Falls”, “Kim Possible”, “Adolepeixes”, “The Visions of Raven”, and more.

1. Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz (Phineas and Ferb)
Great antagonist of “Phineas and Ferb”, Dr. Doofenshmirtz is the main enemy of the secret agent Perry, the organ, and head of the evil doofenshmirtz company, where he performs his evil plans and creates his curious weapons that will help him gain his greatest desire: to take the power of the area of three states.
2. Bill Cipher (Gravity Falls)
Known as “Dream Demon,” Bill Cipher has the ability to be invoked and released into anyone’s minds. Despite presenting a certain charisma, the character still intrigues viewers for their evil and sinister actions.
3. Shego (Kim Possible)
Dr. Drakken’s partner, Shego is responsible for protecting his boss and stealing everything he sends. Throughout history, he has also had the opportunity to work with some other villains, such as Señor Senior, Junior and Ed Motor.
4. The Hunter (Jake Long: The Western Dragon)
Leader of the Hunter Clan, he is one of Jake’s great enemies in animation, being considered in the plot as the fourth threat to the magic community. Its main objective is to find the 13 Crystal Aztec Skulls to be able to make the request that all magic creatures disappear from Earth.
5. YZMA (The Emperor’s New School)
As in the movie, in the animated spin-off series, “The Emperor’s New School,” Yzma is also the great antagonist. Here, she disguises her as director Amzy and, with Kronk’s help, tries to do everything so that Kuzco can’t graduate at school and not take a throne as an emperor.
