One of the most famous characters in Better Call Saul. Lalo Salamancainterpreted Tony Dalton. Although he presented himself as a person who prepared Mexican dishes and had innate charisma, in reality he was a person who would be the most evil, superior to the rest.

With him, the plot of the Breaking Bad spin-off has changed since the fourth season, and from that moment on, he instills horror in the audience, even the characters of Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman).

Several weeks ago, Better call Saul it culminated with the introduction of Lalo Salamanca, part of the protagonist department. The development has been visible since Tuesday, July 12, when a new chapter of fiction was released, and the result will be visible from there.

Tony Dalton plays this drug dealer who can kill just by looking you in the eye. The actor did not achieve international recognition until he appeared in the Netflix series.

Who is Tony Dalton, “Lalo Salamanca” in Better Call Saul?

Alvaro Luis Bernat Dalton, real name Tony Dalton, speaks Spanish fluently, having grown up in Mexico. His parents opened a restaurant in the USA, but nothing came of it, so they had to return to the country of the Aztecs, his parents’ hometown.

As a teenager, he fell in love with the daughter of one of his teachers, but they hardly saw each other much, since he attended a ministerial school in Massachusetts. So the only way to contact her was to participate in the school play.

Although the relationship did not work out, Tony Dalton fell in love with acting. At the age of 19, he returned to the United States and began working as a waiter while studying with Lee Strasberg, as well as participating in small plays. “No one saw them,” he said in an interview.

He then went to Los Angeles to try his luck and not come across as all-American or Mexican. In total, he made about 300 castings, but never got a suitable role. So he decided to return to Mexico with his parents.

Already established, Tony Dalton began his professional career where he excelled as a soap opera heartthrob. He has appeared in Rebel, Ramona, Class 406, Simuladores, Matando Cabos, Sultanes del Sur (where he was a screenwriter) and Colombians (with Zoe Saldana).

This path paved the way for internationalization, so years later he appeared with a role in Hawkeye, a Marvel movie, he put himself in his place Lalo Salamanca and gained importance in the plot. Just like “Mr. Avila” on HBO Max.

EER 4×06 BETTY LA FEA leaves Netflix as the best streaming service

Ugly Betty is one of those sweet soap operas that turned ordinary situations into a TV phenomenon. In this episode, we discuss what we like (or dislike) most about the telenovela created by Fernando Gaitan, the villains, the characters, and even reflect on our own lives (as always, you already know us). You don’t listen anymore.
