GFRIEND officially made their comeback in celebration of 10 years of debut with the release of the video for ‘Season of Memories’; watch!
THEY ARE OFFICIALLY BACK! This Monday, the 13th, GFRIEND released the video for their most recent comeback “Season of Memories”, in celebration of their 10 years of debut.
In the video, which also alternates scenarios with some animation scenes, it is still possible to find countless references to this decade of the iconic third generation girl group’s career, it is a cute tribute to the BUDDYs, their fans. Watch!
In addition to the clip, the single album “Season of Memories”, composed of two tracks, was also made available on streaming platforms: the title track “Season of Memories”, and the b-side “Always”.
It is worth remembering that this is GFRIEND’s first release in four years, since the end of their contracts with Source Music, the company responsible for forming the girlgroup, in 2021. During this period, the six members focused on different activities, with the leader Sowon dedicating himself to acting, Yerin and Yuju continuing as solo singers, and Eunha, SinB and Umji forming the trio VIVIZ.
The GFRIEND 10th anniversary celebrations are not yet over! Starting next weekend, the girl group will begin a series of shows in Asia with the tour titled “GFRIEND 10th Anniversary
The first performances are scheduled to take place in Seoul on January 17th, 18th and 19th, at the Olympic Hall arena. In addition to South Korea, the group also has confirmed performances in Osaka (March 9), Yokohama (March 11), Hong Kong (March 14) and Taipei (March 29). So far, there is no information about new dates.
