BLACKPINK’s Jisoo may make solo comeback in February as she prepares to star in post-apocalyptic K-drama ‘Newtopia’
Jisooa member of BLACKPINK, may be preparing for a new, long-awaited solo comeback. According to a report from OSEN, published on January 10, the singer would be working on a new solo project scheduled for release in February this year.
When asked about the possible return, the singer’s agency, BLISSOO (via Soompi) stated: “It’s difficult to confirm”, leaving expectations in the air for fans. If confirmed, this will be the artist’s first solo release since ‘ME’, her debut album, released two years ago and which was widely praised by critics and fans.

At the moment, Jisoo is focused on her performance in the new k-drama ‘Newtopia’, where she plays the protagonist in a post-apocalyptic zombie plot.
