During the process of conditional trademark negotiations with IST Entertainment, THE BOYZ’s current agency, One Hundred found it impossible to accept IST Entertainment’s unreasonable terms despite the artists having protected their trademark rights for the past seven years.

One Hundred has made every effort to negotiate with IST Entertainment regarding trademark rights. THE BOYZ artists have also done their best to date to preserve these rights for the sake of their fans. We deeply regret that we were unable to achieve a positive outcome and express our sincere disappointment with IST Entertainment.

One Hundred has always prioritized THE BOYZ and its fans, and we strive for a smooth and friendly transition that leaves no damage or stain.

Therefore, until the contract ends on December 5th, One Hundred will continue to approach trademark negotiations with an open mind. Even if negotiations fail, we will ensure that the current members of THE BOYZ are fully prepared to carry out their activities under a new and improved brand.

Finally, One Hundred promises to always act in the best interests of artists and fans, and we will continue to give our best effort in everything we do. Thanks.”
