In tribute to BTS for the award, ARMYS note the exclusion of member Suga in all images broadcast by the Melon Music Awards 2024
Taking place on November 30th at the INSPIRE Arena in Incheon, South Korea, the Melon Music Awards 2024 caused controversy by paying tribute to certain K-pop artists for their achievements at the awards in previous years.
BTS, who were not present at the awards ceremony because most of their members were serving in the Korean army, were one of the groups honored for their various awards, but the group’s fans noticed the exclusion of Sugain most of the videos shared in the tribute.
How far have we come, yoongi being excluded from a melon music awards video that is supposed to be a tribute to the group.

Outraged by what happened at the awards, the ARMY uploaded the tags “BTS IS SEVEN”, “SUGA IS BTS” and “RESPECT YOONGI” on X, formerly Twitter, to show support for the idol.
