In the preview, you can see the first scenes of Mason Thameson Hiccup’s skin and Gerard Butlerwho voiced the protagonist’s father in the animated trilogy, as Stoick, in addition to the iconic meeting between the Viking boy and the Night Fury who will be called Toothless; look:
With the first scenes revealed, the public showed excitement to check out the story, which recreates for the first time in flesh and blood the plot seen in the 2010 animation released by DreamWorks, which was inspired by the book of the same name by Cressida Cowellreleased in 2003.
See some reactions:
how faithful the live action is to the animation is surreal. Toothless and Hiccup identical, the color, the look, everything the same. I don’t know what to say, just feel.

Due to the quality delivered in the preview, many fans began to wish that DreamWorks would release remakes of other animations created by the studio. With this in mind, RECREIO put together a list of 5 studio titles that could have live-action versions.
1. Shrek
Just like the production that proves that humans and dragons can live in peace, the story of the ogre who has his world invaded by a fairytale creature could also become reality with the help of practical effects, prosthetics, and of course a lot of CGI .
Remember the story: The ogre Shrek loses his peace when a lord forces creatures to live in the swamp. Determined to get his peace back, he will have to find a way to reach an understanding with the nobleman.

2. Origin of the Guardians

Likewise, it would be interesting to see figures like Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, Jack Frost, Boogeyman and many other characters from “Rise of the Guardians” through real actors.
and when how to train your dragon is very successful and dreamworks announces the live action of the origin of the guardians and then the animation sequel pic.twitter.com/xzHYMcO7QO

Remember the story: When the Boogeyman tries to make children disbelieve in figures like Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny, they seek help from a renegade to fight evil.

3. The Road to El Dorado

Imagine the treasures and landscapes of “The Road to El Dorado” taking shape on the big screen through realistic images? It would be one of DreamWorks’ most beautiful films!
Remember the story: The story is about two con artists who get their hands on a map of the legendary city of gold, El Dorado, while pulling off some kind of scam. Their plan goes wrong and the bandits end up lost at sea after a series of misfortunes. Interestingly, they end up on the banks of El Dorado and are worshiped by the natives for their foreign appearance.

4. Monsters vs. Monsters Aliens

From the cutest ones like “ET: The Extra-Terrestrial” to the most tension-filled ones like “Signs”, alien invasion films are nothing new, but it would be interesting to see Susan Murphy’s awesomeness in live-action, as well as the group of aliens that join her to save the Earth.
Remember the story: A group of monsters are kept in a restricted area by the government. When Earth is threatened by an alien invasion, they are called upon to save the planet.
Where to review: Globo Play (for rental only)
5. Megamind

From Marvel to DC, there are several superheroes that have had live-action versions in theaters. This way, reproducing the feature film “Megamente” with a real cast would be possible, as well as recreating the powerful action scenes where superhuman powers gain strength.
Man, if this live action works out, imagine how much live action dreamworks can release, think if one day they release a live action of spirit, megamind or monsters vs aliens

Remember the story: When the villain Megamind finally defeats his rival, he realizes that his life has lost meaning without anyone to face him. Now, you will have to find a new purpose.
