Games to do with your friends on Halloween

When the calendar marks October 31st, get ready to get chills… Halloween is here! Witches, ghosts and monsters of the most varied types will be on the loose. Take the opportunity to invite your friends and throw a truly amazing party. After all, it’s a day of scares, but also a lot of fun.

Check out some tips for games, recipes, decorations and costumes to liven up your party. Of course, you can use your imagination and add a few personal touches of witchcraft to make your Halloween even more lively.

Ghost Launcher

You will need:

• 5 balls (can be rubber, ping-pong, aluminum foil or other material)
• White paper towel
• Colored ribbon
• 3 boxes or cans of different sizes
• Orange and black paper

Cover the balls with paper towels to make ghosts. Using the ribbon, tie a bow to secure the paper. Cover cans or boxes with orange and black paper. In the largest, color the number 1. In the medium, 5. In the smallest, color 10. Participants stand five steps away from the cans. Each one in turn launches the five ghosts trying to basket them. Whoever scores the most points wins the match.

Wart Game

You will need:

• Cardstock
• Colored pencils
• Toilet paper
• 1 scarf

Draw a witch’s face on cardboard and color it. Make a circle on her nose, like a wart. Hang the drawing on the wall or on a door.

To play, make a ball with wet toilet paper, which will be the wart. One participant at a time, blindfolded, must try to place the wart on the witch’s nose. Whoever sticks it to the circle or closest to it wins. Make a new wart every time you start, as it loses its grip.

Broomstick jump

You will need:

• 2 meters of elastic
• 1 broom

Attach the elastic to two support points, forming an obstacle 30 centimeters from the floor. One participant at a time mounts the broom and jumps the elastic band. Anyone who touches him is out of the game. At the end of each round, lift the elastic a little more. Whoever makes the highest jump, that is, the last one left, wins.

Dark night

Gather your friends. Everyone sits on the floor forming a circle and decides by lot who is first. The chosen one begins to tell a story of fear with the phrase: “Once upon a time, on a dark night…”

He has one minute to speak and pass the turn. Whoever is on your right continues the story. The more scary characters and situations you have, the better. Anything goes, witches, bats, ghosts… The story must end when you complete five rounds. The last one to speak can ask the others for help to find a good ending.
