La Mer introduces its new night cream
The sea
As the night promises optimal regeneration for the skin, La Mer presents its new treatment. The latter has set itself the task of reversing the eight main signs of aging in 1 night: wrinkles and fine lines, of course, but also elasticity, repair, firmness, elasticity, texture and finally radiance. With its silky texture, Intensive Repair Night Cream will help all skin types, even the most sensitive. At the heart of its formula we find Miracle Broth, an elixir based on the giant Pacific seaweed that has made the brand successful, but also a marine alternative to retinol called MRA-3 (Marine Retinol Alternative). A duo who don’t mind working night shifts to help us fight the signs of aging. J.F.

Chloe shows off her night flowers
Chloé Parfums/Press
For the new chapter of its Atelier des fleurs collection, Chloé highlights three white flowers that are emblematic of the perfume: orchid, tuberose and orange blossom. In this collection, called Night Flowers, these three varieties we thought we knew everything about are revealed in decidedly more carnal and hypnotic ways that can only be expressed in the dark. To create the intoxicating Midnight Orchid, perfumers Mathieu Nardin and Cécile Meton were inspired by the sweet smell of the white orchid, when it attracts pollinators only once in its lifetime, during the night, to allow the birth of vanilla pods. Often for Nuit d’Oranger, it’s time to pick the newly blooming flowers, just before dawn, with a certain sensuality and even liveliness that guided perfumer Alex Lee. As for the sensuous Tuberose Lazuli, Jean-Christophe Ayrault’s nose aimed to capture the essence of the flower as it blooms at dusk, the petals drenched in moonlight and dispersing its most intense notes.
