tripleS received criticism in internal HYBE reports that became public following an audit of the conglomerate with the National Assembly
After the Modhaus girl group, tripleS, was mentioned in internal HYBE reports, revealed in an audit with the National Assembly, the group’s producer, BADDshared the excerpt and responded to criticism made by the South Korean entertainment conglomerate.
In the documents, which are no longer available to the public, but which still resonate in the media and cause reactions to those mentioned, the conglomerate states, among other statements about K-pop groups from different labels, that tripleS has abandoned its adventurous approach original and developed into a typical Japanese Showa-style group.
As reported by the Koreaboo portal, the excerpt says:
A group from a small to medium-sized company, [tripleS]released a choreography video for a b-side, [‘New Look’]involving 16 members. From a point in time, they abandoned their adventurous concept [semelhante ao do] group HYBE, ‘the original Kangbuk [censurado]’ and are going for Japanese idol vibes near the end of the Showa era. This choreography video is especially like that. It’s a song they’ve worked with since they started touring abroad, to have a performance with many members. The choreography is so strange that we wonder if you can call it a ‘large-scale performance’ as long as you have a lot of members, and it’s hard to see them as anything more than akin to the standard interest group in the college, given the styles and abilities of the members.
Therefore, BADD responded to the excerpt by posting it on his Instagram profile with a laughing emoji and the caption: “Are you scared?”; look:
