Discover the time fans were surprised by a small crossover between Pixar hits ‘Incredibles 2’ and ‘Monsters, Inc.’
Pixar animations are mainly known for their Easter eggs, present in all their animations. It was from these small references that, in 2013, the journalist Jon Negroni created the “Pixar Theory”, responsible for connecting all of the studio’s films, even if the characters do not interact directly.
Since then, looking for possible Easter eggs in the films to connect them has become one of the main hobbies of fans, who are always eager to discover where in the timeline presented by Pixar Theory the new productions can fit.
In 2018, however, admirers of Pixar animations received a gift that made them even more excited: a small crossover between “Monsters, Inc.” and “The Incredibles 2”.
However, it is important to highlight that the production is not a short, a series or even a feature film. In fact, the publication is nothing more than the production of a drawing made by one of the studio’s animators, reimagining the character Boo as if he were part of the universe of “The Incredibles”.

THEY WILL COME BACK! In August of this year, D23, Disney’s annual convention responsible for presenting the main news from the studio and its brands, took place in Anaheim, California, in the United States.
Among the announcements on the first night of the event, Pixar confirmed the development of “Incredibles 3”. The third film in the franchise that follows the Pêra family, made up of superheroes, is already underway, however, there is no release date yet, and no synopsis or cast has yet been revealed.
