BTS’s RM and V took to Instagram to congratulate Han Kang for becoming the first South Korean writer to win the Nobel Prize for Literature
This Thursday, the 10th, it was announced by the Swedish Academy, in Stockholm, that the South Korean novelist Han Kangauthor of the book “The Vegetarian”, won the 2024 Nobel Prize for Literature, becoming the first writer from South Korea to win the award.

It is worth remembering that, currently, RM and V are performing their mandatory military service in the South Korean army, where they must serve for 18 months. Because they enlisted together on December 11, 2023, the artists must be relieved of their duties on June 10, 2025.
