The alleged relationship between fromis_9’s Jiwon and a South Korean presenter was denied by PLEDIS Entertainment. Understand!
Last weekend, the South Korean portal TenAsia (via Koreaboo) published a report pointing to a possible relationship between Jiwonmember of fromis_9, and the presenter Jeon Hyun Moo. According to the publication, the two were spotted together at 2NE1’s concert, maintaining friendly interactions during the performance.
The portal also states that, on the same day, Hyun Moo would have presented Jiwon the Keyfrom SHINee, who he is very close to and was sitting next to them during the show. Later, images on social media showed the duo backstage at the concert, where they met with CL, Sandarapark, Minzy and Park Bom.
After the repercussion of the matter, PLEDIS Entertainment, the company responsible for managing fromis_9’s career, issued a brief statement denying the dating rumors, declaring that Jiwon and Jeon Hyun Moo they are just good friends.
The agency said that “it is true that Jiwon went to 2NE1’s concert with Jeon Hyun Moo. The two got closer because they had similar schedules, such as award ceremonies and MBC’s Idol Sports Athletic Championships (ISAC).
