This Tuesday, 17th, RMfrom BTS, broke a new record with the single “Neva Play”, his collaboration with the American rapper Megan Thee Stallion. The song appeared at number 36 on the Billboard Hot 100, a chart that ranks the most popular songs of the week in the United States.
Both the lyrics of “Neva Play” and the video clip show the theme and make puns with the universe of video games, starting with a vintage style and transforming the rappers into anime characters; watch the video!
Furthermore, the recent achievement grants the RM the highest position as a solo artist in his second entry on the Hot 100, following the track “Wild Flower (feat. Youjeen)”, title track of the album “Indigo” which debuted at 83rd in 2022, the year of its release.

RM (or Namjoon) is known as the leader of BTS, but made his official solo debut in 2022, through the release of the full album “Indigo”. It peaked at number three on the Billboard 200 chart, becoming the first by a Korean soloist in history to enter the top five of the chart.
