After the OSEN portal (via Naver) reported that Jisoofrom BLACKPINK, is reportedly in talks to play the female lead in the k-drama “Monthly Boyfriend”, the idol’s agency, BLISSOO, commented on the possibility stating that they are still “analyzing the offer”.
It is worth remembering that Jisoo made her acting debut in the K-drama “Snowdrop”. In the production, she played Eun Young-roa student who ends up living a romance when she gives shelter to a North Korean spy, played by Jung Hae In who, after being injured, was looking for a place to hide. The episodes were released weekly by JTBC in 2021.
She also has roles in the films “The Plot”, and the recently filmed “Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint”, where she starred alongside Lee Min Ho, Chae Soo Bin, Choi Young Joon, Park Ho San, Shin Seung Ho to bring to life the adaptation of the web novel of the same name that tells the story of Kim Dok Ja, a girl who begins to live the same life as a character she read about.
